Our booking system reserves a generic time slot for that particular day of service, not a particular time. This allows us to service as many customers as possible while maintaining fast turnaround times and the lowest warranty rates in the industry.
The time you select is the day that item will be serviced. Please have your suspension items to us by 10:30am on the day you are scheduled for service and allow 1-3 business days for completion. We do everything possible to minimize the time you are off your bike getting your items serviced. On a rare occasion it may be necessary to place a part on order, this can incur delays from the shipping lead time from our manufacturers and suppliers.

**PLEASE ensure your full name and appointment time is noted on the outside and inside of the box. If possible print your confirmation and place inside box. If you are sending from a bike shop please write SHOP NAME, APPT NAME (name under which appointment scheduled) and appointment time. Boxes received without the name and appointment date on or in the box may be subject to additional lead time as we try to figure out who is who.
Note: Dirtlabs services often include a red sag ring, which reflects our brand. If you do not want a red sag ring please request that in advance.
