1) Our booking system reserves a generic time slot for checking in your equipment. Please have your items to us by 6pm on or before that day. You do not need to adhere to the exact time!

2) We work on items the day after we receive them and do our best to complete them that day and be ready for pickup the following morning. PLEASE NOTE: for certain issues (i.e. air loss) an extra day may be needed to ensure longevity of the repair.

3) IF SHIPPING: ensure your RA # is noted on the outside and inside of the box. Boxes received with no information on the box may be subject to additional lead time as we try to figure out who is who.
