1) Our booking system reserves an appointment DAY for dropping off or shipping in your equipment. Please have your items to us by 2pm on, or before, that day. You do not need to adhere to the exact appointment time!
2) We start work on your items within the turnaround time posted on our site after we receive them. We maintain a year round 1-3 business day turn estimated around time. PLEASE NOTE: for certain issues (i.e. air loss) or repairs requiring special order parts additional lead time may be necessary. Items arriving late may extend turn around time.
3) IF SHIPPING: ensure your RA # is noted on the outside and inside of the box. Boxes received with no information on the box may be subject to additional lead time as we try to figure out who the equipment belongs to and what service is desired.
