How to book your appointment with Rebel Permanent Makeup...
1. Scroll down to choose the type of service you would like. (Note: If you are booking more than one treatment in a day, be sure to book them immediately one, right after the other.)
2. Choose the location you would like. (Note: Cinnaminson has more availability.) Please PAY ATTENTION to which location you are booking!
3. You will be prompted to read, agree, and fill out background/policy forms.
4. You will be asked to leave a $100 + tax "Non-refundable Booking Fee" on a credit card to hold your appointment. This fee gets applied towards your total (comes off at the end).
5. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you finish booking the appointment(s). VERY IMPORTANT: Be sure to read all information in your confirmation email.

For the safety of your health and outcome, we will NOT perform treatments on anyone with the following contraindications. If you show up without notifying your artist of any of these, you risk losing your deposit.
