This specialized Alexander Technique class focuses on the unique challenges faced by individuals with hypermobility syndrome/Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and will include best practices for working with this growing population. Designed for Alexander Technique practitioners, trainees, and others interested in learning supportive strategies, this class explores how to safely apply and instruct the principles of AT to improve stability, coordination, and body awareness while reducing strain and pain. Open to all.

In this class, we will go over how Dilys took the spirals part of Dart work and made it a Hands on Group to practice putting hands on. In this class, you will put hands on and explore spirals in yourselves. Available in-person with a zoom option. Sign up for one class, or as many as you'd like.

Through gentle movement and practical techniques, you’ll release tension, build resilience, and bring ease into daily life—so you can stay connected to what matters, even under pressure.

Learn how to stay more connected to yourself when you’re performing to allow for more ease, freedom, and expression to come through. While this class is great for performers it’s for anyone who struggles with the stress of being “on”. You will walk out of this class with practical tools to help you with stress and a taste of the deep support the Alexander Technique can offer to help regulate your nervous system.

You’ve sat down to meditate. And that’s it! You’re already there! With the intention to ‘see the mind’ and ‘quiet' the self. That’s the practice. You might be focusing on your out-breath for however long you've got. But the sitting part doesn’t always feel easy for many, on the floor, on a cushion, in a chair, or using a kneeling stool. In this 90 min workshop we’ll do some meditation, explore and discover greater physical ease, while also removing the pressure of getting it “right.”

Pain is an invitation to attend to yourself. Learn how the Alexander Technique can help you respond in ways that move you in a new direction, beyond the boundaries of habit and conditioning. Learn to move and function with greater clarity, ease, and effectiveness. All levels of learners are welcome, with or without pain.

For those in the performing arts or who engage in public speaking, this class will offer ways to use posture, self-talk, and breath to stay present and connected with your whole self as well your audience.

This class offers musicians practical tools to avoid injury, improve practice habits, and support a sustainable career. You'll learn to recognize habits that may be holding you back, make intentional choices in how you think and move, and apply key ideas from the Alexander Technique directly to your music practice. Musicians of all levels are welcome—no prior experience with the Alexander Technique is needed. Please feel free to bring your instrument!
