ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. I am located inside of Sola Salon in the mall. You can enter the mall from the parking garage (Has Red Top) entrance and Sola Salon will be on your left when you enter the mall. Please use the silver box to be let inside of doors by using arrows to find my name (MeCie) and hit the call button so I can buzz you in. When you walk in go to your left and I am room #22.
CORONA VIRSU (COVID-19) REGULATIONS
**PLEASE STAY HOME IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS PF COVID-19. I WILL NOT SERVICE YOU IF YOU APEAR TO HAVE SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19. THIS INCLUDES ALLERGIES AS WELL. **Face mask are requires and must cover your nose and mouth for your appointment. NO EXTRA GUEST.
POLICIES FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS
- In order to secure your appointment you must put a credit card on file that will not be charged until your service is complete.
- Please come with clean eyelashes ( If they are not clean a lash bath will be added to your service).
- You must be 18 or older to book appointment, anyone under 18 must have consent from parent or guardian upon appointment.
- DO NOT come with lashes from another lash technician. Please book a removal if needed.
- Please be sure to voice all concerns before you leave, there will be no refunds/partial refund, fixing set's, or touch up's once you leave.
- Fill in appointments must be with in two week fro last appointment. if past that you will be charged as full set.
- Please MUTE all cell phones. You will no the able to answer or text or check your phone during this time and neither will I.
GRACE PERIOD: LATE FEE
All clients have a grace period of 10 minutes. Any client that arrives 10 minutes late will be subject to pay a $15.00 late fee. After the 10 minute grace period your appointment will be cancelled and the no show fee will be applied and charged.
CANCELATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Cancelations within 12 hours or less prior to your appointment require $35 cancellation fee. If you are a no-show you will be charged the remaining of our balance for your appointment. Once it passes the start time of clients original appointment it will be classified as a no-show.
