Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out an intake form.
After filling out your intake form, a consultation will be done before starting your service. This is factored into your appointment time.
Consider leaving cell phones on silent or vibrate as to not disturb your service or others.
GUEST POLICY
We want you to relax and enjoy your service. It is important that your body contouring specialist is able to focus on your service and specific needs. It is preferred for you to leave your children friends at home to maintain our
tranquil environment.
LATE ARRIVAL
We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please call and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; However out of respect for other clients' time, we cannot guarantee your full-service time if you are late.
We will do what we can in the time allowed.
Our services, require sufficient time to properly prepare the room for your treatment.
Preparations may include the use of products. Due to timing, cost of preparations and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.
VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS:
After 5 minutes when the consultation starts and you are late, it will be canceled. Please make sure you are in a well-lit room with minimal noise so we can be able to hear and see our patient clearly.
PLEASE PROVIDE AT LEAST 24 HOUR NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE A TREATMENT. LATE CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS WILL RESULT IN A $50 CHARGE OR DEDUCTION OF ONE SESSION FROM PACKAGE.
As a courtesy, we will call, text or email to confirm your service appointments one or two business days prior to your appointment date. Please confirm or change your appointment as soon as possible. Missed appointments and late notifications of cancellations will be charged the cancellation fee. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies!
All packages purchased are not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages must be used by the expiration.
We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, zelle, cash app and venmo.
Cash is accepted, but you must have exact change. The spa does not have a cash drawer and may not be able to provide change.
