Swedish relaxation massage is wonderful for easing stress tension. Receiving a methodical continuous slow flow massage while wrapped up in a warm blanket listening to instrumental music (or whatever music you would like) centers your mind and body. Sometimes with beneficial aromatherapy or self-aligning energy work. This is the space of rest.

New Client Craniosacral Therapy Session (90 Minutes)

Using a soft touch generally no greater than the weight of a nickel, Craniosacral Therapy releases restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more.

Prenatal Massage is relaxation and/ pain management massage with medical considerations for a pregnant mother in mind. Bolstering and massage techniques are specific for the comfort, safety, and well-being of you and your baby.
Massage is typically safe for any stage of a healthy pregnancy - first trimester into postnatal. Massage can help ease mental stress and discomfort in your muscles while they adapt to accommodate the physical and physiological changes of your body.

90 Minute Prenatal Massage New Client

1 hour 45 minutes @ $133.00

Pain Problem Focus Massage

1 hour 15 minutes @ $85.00

This massage session is for those who are recovering from injury or are experiencing a specific restricted range of motion and/or chronic pain in their body.

Techniques used are considered sports therapy specific to help you move freer, faster.
- Myofascial, PNF stretching, heat application, cold application, and deep tissue.
A more thorough exploration of range of motion for the affected area is part of the treatment time.

This is not a relaxation massage. Treatment is focus on area of concern

New Client 75 Minute Therapeutic Massage

1 hour 30 minutes @ $106.00

75 minute Therapeutic Massage is pain reducing therapy for a specific area, like your neck, while also including some time for stress reducing relaxation massage.

75 minute hands-on time with 15 minutes intake + after care. Appointments include time to assess your range of motion, discuss obstacles and goals, and review self-care options. When fitting in your schedule, please consider it a 90 minute block.

This massage session is for those who may need shorter more frequent sessions to help with muscle pain recovery. 30 minutes is good for a cranky neck or between longer appointments for TLC.

This is not a relaxation massage. Treatment is focus on area of concern

30 Minute session + 15 Minutes for intake assessment and recovery. Please consider this a 45 minute appointment in your schedule.

60 Minute Upper Body Focus: Neck. Arms, Chest, Abdomen + Back

This massage session is for those who are recovering from injury or are experiencing a specific restricted range of motion in their Upper Body from Head to Waist.

Techniques used are considered sports therapy/ pathology specific to help you move freer, faster.
