PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! Starfire is APPOINTMENT ONLY.

• Please arrive on-time or 5 minutes early to your appointment if you already have your jewelry purchased and it is at Starfire being processed.
  • If you do not have your jewelry selected, or are looking for a new piece, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow plenty of time to find your perfect piece. You can also schedule a Shopping Appointment for a prior date if you'd rather.
• Piercing fees start at $50, & vary based on the piercing & tools/supplies used. If you have any questions about pricing please call the studio PRIOR to booking an appointment.
• Piercing fees do NOT include any jewelry. All of our body jewelry is solid gold, implant-grade stainless steel or titanium, or platinum.
• Valid government issued ID is required for all piercing appointments. ID must be physically presented (no photos or copies) and cannot be expired.
  • Minors may be pierced with their parent(s) present. We are only performing ear/body piercings on individuals 13 years & older. (We will pierce earlobes on children 8 years & older.) Current, valid ID must be present for the parent. If parent & child's last names differ we may need documentation to verify relationship. If the minor is under the care of a legal guardian, be sure to bring the court-issued documentation
• We do not pierce women who are pregnant, or who are breastfeeding an infant under 4 months old.

• Deposits are non-refundable or transferrable. The deposit amount is taken off of the total fee at the time of the procedure.
  A deposit will be forfeit if:
  • Customer no shows for their appointment
  • Customer cancels or reschedules their appointment with less than 48 hours notice.
  • Customer arrives 10 minutes late to appointment
  • Customer reschedules 3 or more times for the same appointment, regardless of notice
  • Customer books appointment for changeout/sizing with personal jewelry that is NOT from Starfire and we cannot verify the quality or compatibility of the material.
  • Customer arrives to a piercing appointment without valid government issued id
    • Same applies to a minor whose parent does not arrive with their valid government issued id
  • Customer is under the influence of a substance that causes inebriation
