CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that everyone has busy lives! Please make sure when you book you mark your calendar. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason and fail to give 24-hour notice you will be charge 100% of the service. I appreciate your understanding.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We cannot accept clients that are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. Being late is not fair to the clients waiting after your appointment and it’s not fair to you that I’m not able to give you the full appointment time. Please plan accordingly, I apologize but I must stick to this policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will forfeit your appointment time and will have to pay the full cancellation fee of the service and must pay full price to book a future appointment. Thank you for understanding.

NO REFUND POLICY

All services performed will be nonrefundable and final. You agree and are aware of the fees associated with your appointment and under no circumstances will any credit card transactions be disputed.

CHILDREN POLICY:

We love children and have a few of our own but, eyelash extensions and our other services take a lot of concentration, and we ask that you make other arrangements for your children. This is your time to relax, take a nap or just have some girl time to talk.
